The Liberty card program is a modern, user-friendly card system aimed at ultimately encouraging more Ghanaian youth to travel to tourist destinations amidst improved tour experiences as our continuous efforts to promote domestic tourism. The Card allow holders or bearers access to tourism Sites and attractions. The program is opened to individuals, including Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians, across the three operational chapters.
It was inspired by our vision to make exploring Ghana’s rich cultural heritage and natural wonders accessible to everyone, especially TOSOGHA members. It’s a passport to endless experiences, allowing residents and tourists to immerse themselves in Ghana’s diverse attractions hassle free. This innovation is triggered by technological advancement and the ever-changing customer behavior.

Liberty Cards are produced at most three weeks after registration and distributed to Ghana Education District offices nationwide for collection or special delivery arrangement. For the Tertiary and Corporate chapters, the acceptable identification for registration is Ghana Card, and Passport for non-Ghanaians. Validity is 36 months for Basic-SHS-TVET and 12 months for Tertiary and Corporate.
